The terms that apply when you book a consultation, place an order, or have us measure, fabricate and install your curtains, upholstery, furniture or decor.
By booking a home visit, requesting a quotation, or placing an order with Deco Drapes ("we", "us", "our"), you ("you", "the customer") agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with an order.
We provide custom-measured curtains and drapes, upholstery and sofa work, made-to-order furniture, and home decor accents, along with in-home consultation, fabrication and installation, across Surat.
Our free in-home consultation includes measuring your windows, walls, furniture footprint or other relevant dimensions. You agree to provide reasonable access to your home for this visit and for later installation. While our team measures with care, minor on-site variations (uneven walls, existing fittings, structural quirks) can occasionally require small adjustments during fabrication or installation, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.
Estimated lead times are shared at the time of order confirmation and depend on fabric availability, order complexity and scheduling. While we aim to meet every timeline, lead times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. We will keep you informed of any delays as soon as we are aware of them.
Installation is carried out by our own workshop team wherever possible. You agree to ensure the site is reasonably accessible and ready (walls, rods and fittings in place, where applicable) on the scheduled date. Additional visits required due to site readiness issues on your end may be chargeable.
We offer a 2-year workmanship warranty covering stitching, seams, frame joinery and fitting defects arising from our workmanship under normal household use. This warranty does not cover:

Care instructions vary by fabric and material, and will be shared with you at the time of delivery. Please follow these instructions, as improper cleaning or handling is not covered under warranty.
Our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for pre-existing conditions of your walls, ceilings, or fittings that are revealed or affected during installation.
All designs, photographs, collection names and content on this website belong to Deco Drapes and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
