Like most websites, our site may log basic technical data such as browser type, device type and pages viewed, to help us understand how the site is used and to keep it working correctly.

• To respond to enquiries and prepare quotations for curtains, upholstery, furniture or decor.
• To schedule and carry out home visits, measurements, fabrication and installation.

3. Home visits & measurements

Our free in-home consultation involves a team member visiting your address to record measurements and, where useful, take reference photographs of the space. These photographs and measurements are used only to prepare your quotation and to fabricate your order accurately. We retain them for the duration of the project and a reasonable period after, in case of aftercare, re-hemming or warranty requests.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only where necessary to deliver our service:

• Workshop & installation team: the same in-house team that measures, fabricates and installs your order.
• Delivery partners: for furniture or bulky items that require third-party transport.
• Payment processors: to process advance payments, balances or online transactions securely.

5. WhatsApp & phone communication

If you contact us over WhatsApp or phone, we use your number to respond to your enquiry, share quotations, fabric options, order updates and aftercare support. We retain enquiry and order information for as long as needed to complete your project, honour our 2-year workmanship warranty, and meet our accounting and tax record-keeping obligations under Indian law. After that, information is deleted or anonymised unless you ask us to remove it sooner.
